PET BOARDING OVERVIEW

Area 1: The Office

The office is the hub where you will be greeted by not only staff but plenty of furry friends.

Here we care for and get to know our new friends and give that little extra support to nervous, small and old dogs.

Surrounding the office is a secure fence and an outdoor space to run around. indoors are comfy places to settle down.

At night they may move to the house or an alternative area where they will have TV and a temperature-controlled environment to rest peacefully.

We use crates for sleep and feeding times.

Area 2: Luxury Cabin

The Luxury cabin accommodation is a cozy homely space for the small and toy dogs.

Well-adjusted pals, regular guests, toy and small sized pooches head up to the Luxury cabin and get a beautiful safe and well set out space to relax and hang out.

The cabin includes an astro turf area, sunning deck, paddle pool, water fountain, heating and cooling. It's a very serene space anyone would enjoy.

They have access to the park and paddock play areas during morning and afternoon play sessions.

Area 3: The Barn

Our Main area fitted out for comfort, safety and fun.

Suited for all dogs but we focus this space for medium, large and active, confident and joyful small dogs.

This large area sleeps up to 10 dogs in large enclosures indoors with comfortable beds with TV.

Plenty of outdoor space and indoors it is cozy in winter and cool in summer.

During the day most dogs are free to roam around indoors and out with pool, toys and each other's company in sun and shaded areas.

Area 4: The Cat Room

Space for 10 cats we have an enclosure for each one varying in size and aspect to outside views or indoor.

The area is a quiet private space away from the dogs and is insulated with great air flow, fans and is very comfortable in extreme temperatures and aesthetics, plants for aroma and cat stands, fresh litter at all times cleaned 2 daily.

for entertainment and company, we have the radio on ABC or similar for sound.

Misting calming spray is also used when required.

Active cats have an exercise session outside their enclosure.

we provide kibble mornings and evenings and ask you to provide wet food or specialty diets.

The bigger breeds include but not limited to

Labs, Kelpies, Spaniels, Cavaliers, some blended dogs, Lagottos, Retrievers Groodles, Collies, Dalmatian's, Beagles, Jack Russell's.

All dogs have access to an outdoor play areas.

To make sure boredom doesn't set in we mix it up each day as to where we have a play.

We recommend dogs staying longer than 5 days to book a walking service.

Your pooch will be fed separately in mornings and the late afternoon and then tucked in for some much-needed rest.

Some dogs are allowed to free range in a secured area with comfy bedding and have outside access during summer hot nights.

We require all dogs to be sociable and a pleasure for other dogs to be with for boarding.

We will say no to dogs we are not wanting to care for.

They can and it is our preference and practice to come to a Doggy daycare before they board with us. This assist reducing your pet's anxiety and we have a program dedicated to settling in anxious dogs helping them building up to longer stays.

For your dog to be welcome it must be suited to us this means we do have breeds we exclude and limit breed types and select carefully dogs that we choose to care for.

Behaviors such as extreme barking, excess out of control energy, escaping, biting, not toilet trained, entire males over 9 months, possibility of aggression are unsuited and not welcome.

If unsure call us, we will have some screening questions to see if your dog is suitable. If we are unsure, we will insist on trial day to meet them if in doubt and give you an answer after the trial how to move forward.

Your dog needs to be gentle, friendly and manageable; Toy small and medium breeds and large dogs wanting a calm and fun environment.

A Letter From YouR Furry Friend

Dear Mum and Dad,

Hi, I am fine and happy they know what to do here and we have some great pals.

Georgi and her team are really kind and give us lots of love and attention.

We wake up at 7 and go straight out to the toilet from our comfy bedrooms.

Then we play around and bark a bit, sniff, run, zoom, while them ladies get our breakky ready.

After breaky a few daycare dogs come, and we sort have a party.

We go out to the gardens and play some doggies sniffs and go crazy with excitement and play in the sand or water and get super messy,

some like me just want to get me some pats and keep clean, they do good hugs and pats.

Then they take some photos and usually have time to send them to you.

Some doggies just sit around and if they are a bit sad, they get an extra cuddle, or walk on the lead or go up to the house.

The foods high quality (Royal Canine) oh and the snacks and bully sticks are good at sleep time.

oh, I gotta go, we may be getting snacks!
